Lagos is a fantastic Algarvian city which we know like the back of our hands, so can recommend all types of local facilities and activities. We speak Portuguese, English and French and can get by in Spanish.

So all of our guests have a great time, there are a few social guidelines such as:
- no loud music by the pool
- no glass around the pool (bottles, glasses, etc.)
Please be considerate towards your fellow guests and leave the accommodation clean and tidy when you leave. We also encourage a you to be eco-friendly by conserving water and recycling. Guides will be provided when you check-in.
We ask our guests to understand that the Algarve is a largely rural region with a Mediterranean climate, as such insects and geckos are a normal part of our ecosystem. We will ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before every check-in and all linen and soft furnishings are changed between bookings. Any contact with insects and the like inside or outside the property is a characteristic of the Algarve and does not constitute a breach of the rental agreement or give the guest any right to a refund or rental adjustment. We ask our guests to immediately report any issues with the property. We ask our guest s to understand that the we need a reasonable amount of time to respond, and that unless an issue prevents reasonable habitable occupancy the guest will not be entitled to a refund or rent adjustment.
